Alumni Must be registered and check-in during Check in times at Linger Hall.
Your credentials will include instructions on where to report for your tour, position in “F” Troop as well as other special instructions as they relate to your visit. Check In for alumni is available from 0900-1800 on May 9, 2019 and 1100-1300 on May 10, 2019. Check-in must be done in person and a valid photo id may be required to verify your registration. If for some reason you are unable to attend in person at check-in, please make prior arrangements by emailing us at . The Alumni Hall will also be open for you to visit during while you check in. The Alumni Hall IS NOT part of the Alumni Tours and is only available during check-in times for security purposes.
Only Alumni wearing credentials and their guests will be admitted to attend and/or be seated in alumni sections at some events including campus tours. It is recommended that you display your credentials whenever you are on the SJMS campus to allow the quickest access. Alumni are not permitted to tour facilities without tour guides and during touring hours. Those that are not in compliance will be asked to leave. Please do not disturb facilities during non-touring hours as this will be a disruption to commencement weekend activities.
If you have not registered for Commencement, you must do so prior to your visit so as not to be excluded from Alumni only events or to be seated in Alumni only sections during select events.
